Correct and open information to shareholders, potential shareholders and other stakeholders is of Norcod’s highest priority.

The company presents quarterly reports containing financial information. Current, relevant, consistent and up-to-date information must form the basis for all stakeholders’ assessment of the company’s share value. The company’s most important channel for distributing information is the Oslo Stock Exchange’s reporting system, but the company will also present such information directly to investors and analysts.

Norcod informs its shareholders through annual and quarterly reports and through presentations when this is appropriate. In addition, press releases will be sent out in relation to important events in the markets in which the company operates or about other matters that may be relevant.
